Defeat COVID-19

Defeating Coronavirus AKA COVID-19 for our ohana, neighbors, community, and for our business... it is our number one priority.  As the brand working to defeat "can't" / "no can" daily, we have been presented with the ultimate challenge and opportunity. We know purchasing apparel is the last thing on anyone's mind right now. So, it will be our mission to help our community through our message, being the example, and supporting others in anyway possible.

First things first, what is the Coronavirus AKA COVID-19, and what should we do?

Spirit of CAN.'s Plan of attack:

#1) "Hero's stay home" 

Take care of our family and neighbors through strict adherence to the advice and rules related to social distancing, put in place by; scientists, government officials, and our business partners.  We'll be singing this song a lot! 

#2)  "stay safe, stay home, and stay stoked"

We'll message the concepts that we believe will help us through one of the most challenging times in all of our lives. We often talk about focusing on your most basic needs in order to chase your purpose/CAN. Right now, it's time to shore up and simplify your most basic needs, along with the needs of your ohana.  Health - Safety - Love - Esteem 

3) "can't sell it, CAN. give it away" 

Times are tough for all of us, that's just the truth. But, it's Spirit of CAN.'s opportunity to step up and help to defeat all the "can't' in our minds. It's NOT a time for us to focus on slinging merch (although still available online:) So, we're going to have fun with some of the inventory we have in-stock.

4) "ask for help" 

It's ok to not be ok. But, as we've always messaged, you have to "ask for help". No one is doing life solo. Especially during this pandemic. So, how do you go about it? Call an uncle, auntie, parent, or your neighbor. Don't believe what you're going through is so unique that someone else has not also experienced it, and found the light at the end of the tunnel. And if you're really suffering and don't know who to turn to, call a professional. It's worth the free call and opportunity to get back on track. We love you!

6) "ready when the world is ready"

The world is not going to end... You, your community, our business, and our partners Deja Vu Surf Hawaii  will return to life and business soon. Our bad ass spring/summer collection is in production with only the "Spirit of CAN." in mind. Please take care of you and your ohana.  We will celebrate a return to normal life together, in the VERY near future.
