Refunds - If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products purchased directly online from SpiritofCAN.com, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a refund. If after 60 days, we will consider returns related to products that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship. Please just reach out and let us know how we may help.

So, if you have taken your new Spirit of CAN. apparel out for a trial run, and you have decided—for any reason—they’re just not perfect, here’s how to get started on a return.

Refund/return steps:

    1. Send an email to info@spiritofcan.com Please include an order number or contact name & shipping address and we will be able to look it up faster.
    2. We’ll send you an RA# and USPS shipping label for FREE!
    3. Please put the products into a USPS envelope or box and print your return label.
    4. Allow 7-10 days to receive your refund from the time we receive your package. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner and in your original payment method.  If you happen to be returning a gift from another party, we'll provide the value of the returned product in the form of a digital gift card.
